COMPANY HISTORY

 

Jefferson County Auto Parts was founded in March,

1985 by Albert (Deno) Valenti and Dan Preuss.  South

County Auto Parts was founded in August 1990 and

currently operates as a wholly-owned subsidiary of

Jefferson County Auto Parts.  In November of 1997,

Eagle Automotive Distributors was founded, followed

by SEMO Automotive Parts Warehouse in June of 1999.

In March of 2003, Pevely Plaza Auto Parts was acquired.
